# Tokenomics DAO Audit

OODLZ engaged the [Tokenomics DAO](https://tokenomicsdao.xyz/) team to help better define our token allocations, distribution, emissions, supply/demand metrics and the over-all utility of even having a utility token.

In fact we already had well defined Tokenomics from others and thought best we engage the professionals as a back up. As you will see from the report, intel and direction was priceless.
